We start each project with a thourough understanding of the context, history, feelings and brief. Buildings and spaces require a visit to completely apprehend the nature and the characteristics that evolve and are being created in a space. The quality of the light upon that particular area of earth is always unique and determines the path the architecture will take.

3.LISTEN CLOSELY
Throught discussion and close evolvement of the client we tend to conceive the feelings and rooms the client wants and try to walk the spaces together.We advise the client for the better optimization of the space to create as ergonomical designs as possible keeping in mind the aesthetical aspect of the project through 3d representations on site visits and photorealistic representations. It is with this collaboration that we tend to create as glove perfect designs as possible.
4.FIRST ENCOUNTER
A visitor’s first encounter with a building sets the tone for the experience within.Buildings should welcome those who enter. Based on this we take different scenarios of entering the building as a visitor or as the regular tenant. We coprehend and decide on what the most ergonomical functions to happen are and we try to utilise the space to help the user .
5.UNITY ABOVE ALL
Close collaboration with the architectural team as well as the associates engineers brings the most of the project as well as can determine some of the issues that may arise from the first stages of design. Exchange of ideas and thoughts around a project are bound to produce a better outcome and will make th ewhole team feel like it is their project producing high quality results.

7.GOD IS IN THE DETAILS
God is in the details is a phrase attributed to Mies Van Der Rohe and revered by architects as we endeavor again and again to do the right thing. Architecture is order, and this order carries throughout the building down to the smallest corner. There is no back side to architecture any more than there is a detail that is unimportant.We try very hard in our work to listen to our client since it is the client’s program, budget and site which are the influences that will drive the design. We have found, however, that of these three the site is the dominant factor.
8.WE ARE ALL GREEN
As everything contains architcture we consider the enviroment to be a factor that cannot be neglected. As such we consider the enviroment we study the topography the surrounding enviroment the location the orientation of the plot and we try to be one with the enviroment so as the building will recover as much as possible for the enviromental character of the plot.
MEET THE DIRECTOR
ANDREAS PAPATHEODOULOU
Andreas was born in Limassol in 1982. His an honored graduate of the Department of Architecture at the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH-2008) and a graduate with a masters degree in Landscape Design. He is a registered member of CSTC(ETEK) since 2009. He has experience in architectural drawings and supervision in large and small scale projects. He has worked as a lead design architect and partner director in architectural firms and developer companies in Cyprus either in office or as an outsource collaborator before the establishment of PAPATHEODOULOU ARCHITECTS.
